What You'll Do:

Build strong relationships with customers Listen to and document customer concerns Review technician inspections and prepare estimates Present all recommended repairs clearly and confidently Follow up on estimates and declined work Keep customers updated throughout the repair process Work closely with technicians to keep jobs moving Help achieve sales, ARO, gross profit, and close-ratio goals

What We're Looking For:

Automotive service advisor experience preferred Strong automotive knowledge Sales-minded and results-driven Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized and able to manage multiple repair orders Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
