Position Overview The Office & Client Coordinator plays a key role in keeping NTS running smoothly. You will often be the first person our clients, prospects, vendors, and community partners interact with. You will help coordinate day-to-day office operations, support our team, follow up with clients and leads, and ensure important details do not fall through the cracks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, banking, healthcare, education, or office support who enjoys working with people and technology. Office Administration Answer incoming phone calls and direct requests appropriately Welcome visitors and create a positive first impression Coordinate meeting schedules and calendars Maintain client records and company documentation Order office supplies and manage office inventory Organize mail, deliveries, and administrative tasks Run occasional local errands Assist with community and Chamber of Commerce events Help maintain an organized and professional office environment Customer Service & Client Experience Follow up with clients after service requests and projects Check in with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services Schedule client review meetings and appointments Assist with client onboarding activities Help manage and coordinate client communications Route requests to the appropriate team members Ensure clients receive timely responses and updates Respond to website inquiries and inbound leads Schedule introductory meetings for our team Follow up with past prospects and business contacts Maintain prospect and client information Assist with newsletters, events, and marketing activities Request reviews and testimonials from satisfied clients Support networking and community outreach initiatives Required Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable using computers and modern software Dependable and professional work ethic High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation Preferred, but Not Required Administrative or office experience Customer service experience Scheduling and coordination experience Microsoft Office experience Experience working with business customers Event coordination experience You Might Be a Great Fit If... Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
