Job Description
Comfort Keepers is now hiring an External Client Care Coordinator! We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and driven professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating in-home care services, building strong client relationships, and supporting caregivers to ensure the highest quality of care. This is a fast-paced, people-focused position that combines client service, scheduling, and team support. Responsibilities Client Care & Relationship Management Meet with prospective and current clients to assess needs and recommend services Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and referral sources Conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and quality care Care Coordination & Scheduling Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and care needs Manage and adjust schedules to address call-offs, no-shows, and changes in care Collaborate with internal team members to ensure seamless service delivery Caregiver Support Supervise and support a team of caregivers Assist with onboarding, training, and performance evaluations Address caregiver concerns and provide ongoing coaching Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate client records and documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Participate in on-call rotation as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or sales Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Work Environment & Physical Requirements Combination of office work and local travel for client visits Regular use of phone and computer Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods Occasional lifting up to 15 pounds Benefits Competitive pay Paid time off Health Benefits Supportive team environment Opportunities for advancement Schedule MondayFriday On-call rotation as required Apply Today Join Comfort Keepers and make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and their families every day.
