Customer Service Representative:

High degree of competence using a desktop PC, specifically the Google suite of applications (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Chat, Gemini) 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships. We are looking for dogs, not cats! Great listening and organization skills - you can keep 5-10 different active customer inquiries sorted out at a time Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more) Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more) Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
