This role is the first point of contact for our members , assisting with account questions, processing transactions, and helping members navigate Credit Union products and services through phone, chat, and online channels. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced team environment, this is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in financial services. What You'll Do Answer incoming member inquiries via phone, chat, and online channels Provide accurate information on accounts, products, and services Process transactions such as loan payments and account requests Troubleshoot and resolve member issues with a focus on first-contact resolution Maintain account security, accuracy, and confidentiality Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products and services Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining a positive member experience Collaborate with internal departments to support member needs What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced call center environment Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude Preferred Experience Customer service, call center, or contact center experience Banking, credit union, or financial services experience Experience handling high call volume or member inquiries Great Opportunity for Customer Service Professionals This role is a great fit for candidates with experience in: Call centers or customer support roles Retail or hospitality environments Phone-based customer service Sales or customer-facing positions Many successful Contact Center team members come from customer service backgrounds and build long-term careers in financial services.
