Medical Customer Service Representative

Sheldon Medical Supply is looking for a compassionate Medical Customer Service Representative in our Sandusky location. Desired candidates will possess excellent communication skills, computer skills, organizational skills along with drive and willingness to learn. Someone who isn't afraid to answer phones and make phone calls. Must also be very reliable. Preferred but not required - Medical experience, insurance knowledge and DME experience. Sheldon Medical Supply's medical customer service representative is a very fast paced position with responsibilities of communicating with patients, doctors, and hospitals. Responsible for order intake, verifying insurances, obtaining authorizations, and data entry. We offer personal and sick time, holidays off and health insurance (for full time employees).
