is looking for a compassionate and organized Member & Client Support Coordinator to join our team in Southfield, MI. Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for members and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner Coordinate and schedule home help services to ensure seamless client care delivery Maintain accurate client and member records, documentation, and case files in HHA Exchange or Electronic Visit Verification Communicate with caregivers, families, and healthcare professionals to support individualized care plans Onboard new clients and members, guiding them through available services and agency processes Monitor client satisfaction and follow up regularly to ensure quality of care Support compliance with agency policies and home care regulations

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in client services, care coordination, or a related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in home care, healthcare, or social services is a plus Proficient in basic computer applications and client management software Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously Empathetic, patient, and dedicated to delivering person-centered support High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
