Client Service Specialist

Overview We are looking to hire a Client Service Specialist . In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phones, performing check-in and check-outs, upkeep of cleanliness in the lobby, and assisting with basic pet care. Responsibilities Answer a multi-line phone system Create complete client files and reservations. Follow the provided script and present a positive image of Bittersweet Pet Resorts. Responds to emails, facebook messages, and text messages through the system software. Make outbound calls. Handling pets and walking them to enclosures. Handle feeding, watering, and providing potty breaks as needed to support the BOH team. Use the provided checklist to ensure the lobby area/FOH is clean and up to standard. Read and input vaccinations. Complete End of Day reports. Money handling Qualifications Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to count money and provide accurate change. Problem solving for basic issues. Basic computer skills. Passionate about animals Upbeat and enthusiastic when interacting with clients and team members
