Men's Health Client Relations Specialist GameDay Men's Health - Traverse City, MI GameDay Men's Health is a locally owned men's health and wellness clinic focused on helping men feel better, perform better, and take control of their health. We provide testosterone optimization, weight management, erectile dysfunction, peptide therapy, PRP, and other wellness services in a modern, high-energy environment. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and confident Client Relations Specialist to be an important part of our team. This position is the first impression for many of our patients and plays a key role in creating a great experience from the first phone call through ongoing membership. This is more than a traditional receptionist role. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable on the phone, follows through, and takes ownership of the patient experience. What You'll Do Client Relations & Lead Booking Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails and respond to new leads promptly Schedule new patient consultations and follow up with leads who have not yet booked Confirm appointments and help reduce no-shows Welcome patients and create a friendly, professional experience Build relationships with patients and become a trusted point of contact throughout their GameDay experience Answer general questions about appointments, memberships, and services and connect patients with the clinical team when needed Front Desk & Administrative Manage check-in and check-out and keep the daily schedule running smoothly Schedule and reschedule appointments Maintain accurate patient information and CRM records Handle forms, data entry, and other administrative tasks Keep the front office organized, clean, and professional Communicate important patient or scheduling information with the clinical team Billing & Membership Support Process patient payments and assist with membership and product transactions Answer basic billing and membership questions Assist with account updates, renewals, and cancellations Follow up on outstanding balances or failed payments as needed Help ensure patients understand their membership and payment information What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills Comfortable talking with patients and prospective patients by phone Highly organized and detail-oriented Reliable, proactive, and able to follow through Comfortable discussing pricing, memberships, and services Ability to multitask in a small, fast-paced clinic Customer service, receptionist, healthcare, hospitality, or sales experience preferred Medical office experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable learning new software, scheduling systems, and CRM tools Why GameDay?
