Job Description
Overview You will be responsible for answering clients and booking clients.
Must have strong background in sales and customer service Responsibilities Greet visitors professionally at the front desk, providing excellent customer service and assistance. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously. Handle data entry tasks accurately using computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications. Maintain organized filing systems, process paperwork, and perform clerical duties such as proofreading and document management. Support office management activities including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks or similar tools. Assist with customer support inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies to keep the workspace efficient. Skills Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer service roles. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools. Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and proofreading tasks. Ability to handle office management responsibilities such as calendar coordination and filing systems. Prior experience as a receptionist (medical or dental), personal assistant, or in office support roles is highly desirable. Knowledge of bookkeeping software like QuickBooks is advantageous for supporting financial tasks. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
