Role Overview As a Patient Registration Representative, you play a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience by managing all registration activities. You¿ll support patients, clinic staff, and medical teams by handling check-in/check-out processes, insurance verification, and financial discussions. What You Will Do Manage patient registration activities, including face-to-face check-in/check-out and preregistration. Verify insurance and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients. Collect payments and reconcile patient charts accurately. Assist with patient discharge processes and connect patients to the Customer Service Center as needed. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and interruptions efficiently. What You Will Need Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and utilize computer systems effectively. Strong interpersonal skills for interactions with patients, staff, and visitors. Dependable, punctual, and able to work within a team setting. Basic computer skills, including navigating software and email. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with a clinic environment.
