ARE YOU THE MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

To thrive as a Full-Time Member Service Representative at Zeal Credit Union, you'll need a unique blend of skills and experience. A minimum of six months of customer service experience is essential, along with a genuine passion for helping others. Strong problem-solving skills will enable you to address member inquiries with confidence and empathy. As an initiative taker, you should be proactive in identifying needs and finding effective solutions.
