Position Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Advocate / Collector that is customer service driven, has strong problem-solving abilities and multi-tasking skills. An individual that is goal-oriented and wants to excel in their career. Responsibilities:

Using customer service skills, active listening, and critical thinking to best assist customers and build relationships Answering a high number of incoming calls daily Making a high number of outgoing calls daily Taking and processing payments via credit card or check over the phone Making payment arrangements Communicating with customers via phone, email, text, and letters Minimum amount of skip tracing Other duties as assigned to conduct business

Qualifications/Requirements:

High School diploma or GED Customer Service and/or collections experience Full-time availability Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm with potential for a half day within a set 40-hour weekly schedule and typically 2 Saturdays per month from 9am-1pm

Hourly, Non-Exempt Wage:

$20.50-21.50 (determined by whether the candidate has collections experience and the number of years of relevant experience) Monthly Bonus Eligibility after successful completion of training that typically takes 30-60 days Gross Annual Income Range (Including Bonus): $44,000-54,000
