Job Description
Customer Service Representative MSW Print is pleased to offer a Customer Service Representative ("CSR") position which will be located at our Ypsilanti production facility. The CSR will primarily be responsible for maintaining communication with clients, but will also be responsible for lending a hand to the rest of the team when needed, which may include tasks that are not customer service related. MSW Print is a team environment and we thrive on working together. The regular job functions of the CSR include:
- Answering all incoming communication for the company including but not limited to phone calls, email, text, facebook, linkedin and all other customer related inquiries
- Producing purchase orders
- Managing third party vendors
- Working with the production team to meet customer expectations
- Providing regular reporting to Management and Ownership
- Identify irregularities and alert Management with suggested resolutions Required skills for the CSR include but are not limited to:
- Experience in customer service required
- Experience solving problems for customers required
- Experience in a high paced environment required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize based on current production flow
- Previous work in a team environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products required
- Knowledge of graphics design software a plus
- Ability to work at a computer for extended lengths of time
- 2-5 years of experience in the printing industry preferred

Vacation and Holidays:
The position includes a package of sick and vacation days per year, which are accrued after one year of employment. Most standard holidays are observed at MSW Print. This position is "at-will." The position requires passing a background analysis that includes, but is not limited to; criminal history, drug testing and personal or professional references.Job Types:
