is a growing state-of-the-art Digital and Flexographic printing enterprise located in Zeeland, Michigan. Our goal is to provide the excellent quality and service our customers expect. We have an immediate opening for a full time Customer Service Representative. The applicant should have previous customer service/internal sales experience, with a manufacturing/printing background preferred. This individual exercises appropriate independent judgment while following company policies, procedures and specifications. Preferred skills would include the following: Excellent communication skills, detailed oriented, experienced in Mac computers, with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and self motivated with the ability to work in a detailed-fast paced environment. This position requires mostly email communication from and with customers, entering it with specific work order instructions for production. Applicant should be self motivated to succeed with minimal supervision. We offer a very competitive salary, benefits and work environment.
