Salary Range:

$45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Active Michigan Life & Health insurance license. Previous experience working in an insurance agency or direct sales role. Strong computer literacy and comfort using agency management software. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex details clearly. Genuine interest in helping neighbors protect what matters most to them. Responsibilities Consult with new and existing clients to understand their financial protection needs. Design personalized insurance solutions that offer peace of mind for families and businesses. Guide clients through the claims process with empathy and clarity when they need support the most. Proactively reach out to members of the Zeeland community to grow our agency's impact. Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation meets industry standards. Collaborate with the agency owner to refine our local outreach and customer service strategies.
