Overview Petty Brothers Meats is seeking a reliable, friendly, and hardworking Full-Time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Annandale, Minnesota. As an integral part of our retail meat market, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store organization, and ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. No previous meat-market experience is required, as we are willing to provide training to the right candidate. Duties Assist customers by answering questions, providing product recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming environment Help keep the store organized, clean, and well-stocked with products Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately Maintain knowledge of store products and promotions to effectively assist customers Support team members in daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold store standards Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating friendly and professional behavior Requirements Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor Reliable, hardworking attitude with a willingness to learn new skills Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends as needed Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking products Prior retail or customer service experience is not required; training will be provided Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management Join our team at Petty Brothers Meats and help us provide high-quality service in a welcoming environment. Pay:
