Your Role:

The Hub of Our Service Department As the Service Writer, you'll be the primary point of contact between customers and our technicians. You'll ensure clear communication, accurate documentation, and a smooth service experience from drop-off to pick-up. Key Responsibilities Write and manage repair orders Schedule service appointments Communicate repair updates via phone and email Obtain approvals for additional recommended work Process factory warranty claims Invoice and code vendor/sublet charges accurately Receive and organize parts inventory Assist walk-in customers with service parts and Pro Shop sales Support other departments as needed — we work as one team What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Experience in customer-facing administrative roles Proficiency with Excel and Outlook Lightspeed EVO experience (a plus, not required) Interest in marine products (preferred) Valid driver's license (ability to tow boats is a plus) Ability to climb in and out of boats when necessary Willingness to relocate to Audubon, MN before start date Who You Are You're proactive.
