Salary Range:

Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and professionally with clients and teammates A growth-minded attitude with a genuine interest in building a long-term career, not just a short-term job Willingness to learn insurance processes, systems, and carrier guidelines in a structured training environment Ability to take direction, receive feedback, and apply it quickly in real-time situations High level of dependability, punctuality, and follow-through Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment where priorities can shift throughout the day Basic computer skills and ability to learn agency management systems and digital tools Must be able to successfully pass a background check Must meet Minnesota insurance licensing eligibility requirements
Responsibilities What You'll Be Responsible For:
In this role, you won't just be observing—you'll be actively learning how the business works in real time and building the foundation for your future career in insurance. Participating in hands-on training across core agency operations, including sales, service, and retention workflows Supporting licensed team members with day-to-day client interactions, quotes, policy updates, and documentation Learning how to evaluate client needs and understand coverage options across auto, home, renters, and related personal lines Developing communication skills through guided client conversations (phone, email, and in-person) Observing and assisting with underwriting requirements, carrier guidelines, and policy servicing procedures Building accuracy and attention to detail through data entry, policy reviews, and account updates Gaining exposure to how relationships are built, maintained, and grown within an insurance agency Progressing through structured milestones tied to licensing readiness and long-term career advancement This role is designed to take you from foundational knowledge to real industry competency—with mentorship at every step.
