We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to work Monday through Wednesday in office. (No remote work.) A customer service personal insurance representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Skills:

Two years minimum proven customer support experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. Must be property and casualty insurance licensed. Knowledge of AMS360 preferred Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
