Job Description
US CARD SYSTEMS
is seeking aCUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
to work at our location in Brainerd, MN. this position is 40 hours per week Monday- Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Account Manager Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound customer service inquiries
- Assist customers with account and billing inquiries
- Process account changes for existing clients
- Assist with general Office support
- Handle written and verbal communications
- Documentation editing
- Provide friendly, fast and quality customer service
Account Manager Requirements :
- Strong attention to detail
- Great customer service skills
- Conflict resolution skills necessary
- Great phone skills
- Microsoft Office
- Possess strong multi-tasking capabilities
- Team Player
- Comfortable working on computers and phones
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills
