Customer Service & Outreach Representative Brooklyn Park, MN $800-$1,200 per week Full-Time | W-2 Position Make an Impact While Building Your Career. We are expanding our Minneapolis-area team and hiring motivated, people-oriented individuals for a full-time Customer Service & Outreach Representative position. In this role, you will work directly with the public at scheduled events and promotional locations. You will start conversations, share information about current campaigns, answer questions, and help create a positive and engaging experience for each person you meet. This is an in-person opportunity with paid training, weekly compensation, and opportunities to advance. Previous industry experience is not required.

What You'll Do:

Represent client campaigns at local events and promotional locations Engage with members of the community in a friendly, professional manner Start conversations and create a welcoming experience Explain campaign information clearly and accurately Answer questions and assist interested individuals Maintain a professional and organized event space Track interactions and individual results Collaborate with the team to achieve daily goals Participate in ongoing training and development
