Job Description

Adecco is partnering with a great client in Brooklyn Park MN to hire a Customer Service Representative Shift 8am-5pm Monday -Friday Pay $18.25 Key Responsibilities Process customer orders, quotations, order changes, cancellations, and adjustments. Respond to customer and vendor inquiries regarding pricing, products, inventory, and order status. Build and maintain positive customer and vendor relationships. Coordinate purchase orders and follow up on deliveries and quotations. Receive, inspect, clean, sort, and prepare products for vendor returns. Generate return documentation and ensure compliance with manufacturer return policies. Maintain customer records and auto-shipment mailing lists. Utilize company systems to enter and retrieve order, customer, and inventory information. Assist with packaging and preparation of monthly customer mailings. Troubleshoot customer and order-related issues and provide timely resolutions. Sort and distribute mail, complete daily system closeout activities, and perform assigned backups. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Cross-train in departmental functions and assist team members as needed. Maintain confidentiality of customer and HIPAA-protected information. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service, order entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient with computer systems and data entry. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Pay Details:
$18.25 to $18.28 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
