As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client services and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for the following; Learning and understanding product knowledge to become a trusted advisor to customers Serve as primary point of contact for assigned business. Including; customers, business groups, dealers, distributers Process new sales orders and provide customers proactive shipping confirmation and status updates Oversee warranty return requests from start all the way through the resolution Provide technical assistance for part number inquiries Work with Field account and Promotion Managers and Sales Managers to provide administrative sales support to the team Ensure prompt and clear communication with stakeholders, providing rapid resolutions to issues and concerns

Qualifications:
