Crisis Clean Team is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional Client Services Coordinator to join our team. We are a passion-built company that helps people through situations that can feel overwhelming, embarrassing, stressful, or even impossible. This role is often the first person who gets the opportunity to change someone's worst day to feeling, and knowing, that help is on the horizon. You may be the person who answers the phone when someone doesn't know where to start. The person who makes them feel comfortable enough to tell us what's really going on. Or the person who takes a complicated schedule with clients, technicians, travel, and changing priorities and somehow makes all the pieces fit. What You Might Do Responsibilities may include: Answer incoming calls and respond to new client inquiries Complete client intake and gather the information our team needs to determine next steps Build genuine rapport with clients, families, and referral partners Help someone who is overwhelmed feel comfortable, heard, and confident about what happens next Coordinate consultations, estimates, documentation, and service next steps Schedule clients, field teams, and projects while balancing availability, geography, travel, project requirements, and changing priorities Communicate schedule changes clearly and professionally Maintain accurate client information, notes, records, and project details within our systems Follow up throughout the client journey so nothing falls through the cracks Identify inefficiencies and recommend better processes, workflows, and systems as we continue to grow There is something pretty rewarding about getting to see someone's experience go from the very first phone call to a completed project and knowing you helped make it happen, all without having to leave your desk. Who We're Looking For The right person is warm, sharp, organized, and exceptionally good with people. You have strong emotional intelligence and know how to read a conversation. You can talk with someone who is stressed, embarrassed, frustrated, or overwhelmed and naturally make them feel more at ease. At the same time, you're organized enough to keep track of a lot of moving pieces.
You probably:
Have an excellent phone presence and genuinely enjoy talking with people Build rapport quickly Are comforting without sounding scripted Have strong attention to detail Communicate clearly and professionally Can manage multiple priorities without losing follow-through Are comfortable spending a significant portion of your day on the phone and computer Learn software and new systems quickly Take ownership instead of waiting to be told every next step Notice when a process isn't working and think about how it could work better Care deeply about the experience people have with the company you represent Your Background There isn't one perfect background for this position. You may currently work as a Client Services Coordinator, Scheduling Coordinator, Intake Coordinator, Patient Services Coordinator, Patient Access Representative, Patient Registration Representative, Care Coordinator, Client Care Coordinator, Medical Receptionist, Healthcare Scheduler, Office Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative, Case Management Assistant, Referral Coordinator, or Front Desk Coordinator. Experience in a hospital, clinic, medical office, home health, senior living, behavioral health, human services, social services, dental office, veterinary office, funeral service, or another high-touch client service environment could translate extremely well. We're much more interested in how you communicate, organize, problem-solve, and care for people than having one specific title on your résumé. The Kind of Person Who Thrives Here Crisis Clean Team isn't a clock-in, clock-out kind of culture. We offer competitive compensation, but we're looking for someone who measures a great day less by the number of hours they were "clocked in" and more by the number of people they helped, problems they solved, and lives they had an opportunity to change. You want to do excellent work because the work matters. You want a company where growth creates opportunities, good ideas are heard, and you're encouraged to help make things better instead of simply following a process because "that's how we've always done it." Most importantly, you genuinely care. About Crisis Clean Team Crisis Clean Team provides specialized cleaning, organizing, disposal, and environmental services throughout Minnesota. We work with individuals, families, social workers, case managers, healthcare professionals, government agencies, and other community partners to help restore safer, healthier, and more livable environments. The work isn't always easy. But it matters. And sometimes changing someone's life starts with simply being the right person who answers the phone. If that sounds like the kind of work you'd be proud to be part of, we'd love to hear from you.
