Customer Service Representative

O'Rourke Media Group is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cannon Falls. Join a growing local media company making an impact in the communities we serve. This role includes handling inbound subscriber calls, making outbound calls to secure subscription renewals, managing customer databases, and processing invoices and payments. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and comfortable working with customers both over the phone and in a fast-paced office environment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30

PM Compensation:
