About the Role We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Customer Service Representative
- to join our team in Dayton, MN. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inquiries related to products, orders, shipping status, returns, and account concerns. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team in a modern facility with opportunities for professional development and advancement. Key Responsibilities
- Answer 50-80 inbound customer calls daily regarding product information, shipping and order status, returns, and general inquiries.
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, and internal company portal systems.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and activities within the CRM system.
- Review, process, and resolve customer inquiries and return requests.
- Respond to questions regarding deductions, returns requirements, repacking fees, restocking fees, held invoices, policy adjustments, and other account discrepancies.
- Research and resolve customer concerns while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 8:15 AM-5:00 PM
- Two paid 15-minute breaks
- One unpaid 45-minute lunch break Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role such as:
- Customer Service
- Call Center Support
- Dispatching
- Coordination
- Order Entry
- Administrative Support
- Ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining attention to detail.
