Customer Service Associate Superior Shrimp & Aquatics Duluth, MN Job Details Part-time | Full-time $15•$20 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Customer communication Packing Moving Maintenance Order shipping Attention to detail Full Job Description Superior Shrimp & Aquatics — Duluth, MN Superior Shrimp & Aquatics is a family-run live aquatics business specializing in freshwater shrimp, snails, fish, plants, and aquarium supplies. We ship nationwide and offer local pickup. We're hiring two helpers to support the daily running of the shop. Each role can be part-time or full-time for the right individual. What you'll do: Tank and livestock maintenance. Perform water changes, monitor water parameters, feed livestock, and keep tanks and the shrimp room clean and healthy. Watch for signs of illness or stress and flag anything unusual. Order packing and fulfillment. Carefully bag and pack live shrimp, snails, fish, and plants for safe shipping. Prepare orders for UPS and USPS, print labels, and stage shipments. Fill and label retail product sizes (food, botanicals) from bulk. Customer service. Help local pickup customers, answer questions about livestock and care in person and over email, and represent the shop in a friendly, knowledgeable way. Money handling. Process pickup transactions, handle cash and card payments accurately, and help keep daily sales and till records straight. General shop upkeep. Keep work areas, supplies, and inventory organized and restocked. Assist with receiving and unpacking livestock shipments. What we're looking for: Fast, detail-oriented, and dependable.
