Our family-owned luxury automotive dealership is seeking a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties:
Greet every customer promptly and professionally, setting the tone for a premium service experience Perform detailed walkarounds of vehicles with clients, documenting concerns and identifying additional service opportunities Write accurate repair orders, including clear descriptions of customer concerns and technician notes Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines, vehicle condition, and customer driving habits Communicate estimates, timelines, and service recommendations in a transparent and consultative manner Act as the liaison between customers and technicians—translating technical information into easy-to-understand language Monitor workflow in the service drive and shop to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery Provide proactive status updates via phone, text, or email throughout the service process Upsell services and maintenance ethically to maximize customer safety, satisfaction, and retention Review completed work with customers, explain invoices, and ensure full understanding before delivery Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism, working toward quick and fair resolutions Maintain detailed customer records and follow up after service visits to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business Coordinate loaner vehicles, shuttle services, or alternate transportation when needed Collaborate with parts and service teams to ensure availability of required components
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service (luxury experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proven track record in sales or customer satisfaction is a plus Why Join Us?
