Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to to serve as a key point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in coordinating orders from start to finish. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, accurate order processing, and a consistently positive customer experience. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help foster strong relationships with our customers and internal teams alike.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Order Management Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person Provide timely updates on order status, delivery timelines, and any changes or issues Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system, including new jobs, repeat orders, revisions, and rework Monitor job progress and coordinate with Production on late or at-risk orders Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when appropriate Order Documentation & Processing Prepare and review job travelers and order documentation for accuracy and completeness Ensure blueprints, revisions, and specifications are accurate prior to release to Production Maintain organized and accurate customer records and documentation Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Estimating, and Shipping to support order flow and on-time delivery Communicate order priorities, updates, and issues across departments Support workflow coordination with the Office Assistant during high-volume periods Quality, Accuracy & Professionalism Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Follow company processes and policies to ensure consistency and quality Communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality when needed Additional Duties Assist with answering main phone lines and directing calls Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of customer service and/or related experience required Manufacturing experience is preferred Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with computers and ERP systems (JobBOSS experience preferred) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Strong written and verbal communication skills Work Environment Primarily office-based with regular computer use Occasional time spent on the production floor (PPE required) Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the facility as needed

Pay, Schedule & Benefits Hourly Pay Range:

$23 - $29 per hour (based on experience & skill level)

Work Schedule/Hours:

Monday-Thursday from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM-2:30 PM Full-time employee benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance
