- Additional Employee Discounts and Perks Qualifications Primary duties will consist of but not limited to: Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information Answer incoming service calls regarding work in progress and customer concerns; return customer calls promptly when unavailable to answer Maintain the highest degree of customer satisfaction standards and handles customer complaints with integrity Notify technicians of incoming work Explains the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer Establishes promised time, checks on progress and contacts the customer regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time Reviews service history; goes over past, present and future factory recommended maintenance requirements Maintain a professional appearance Education and/or
