Part Time Customer Service Representative

As a customer service specialist, you will work with the Agency owner to attract, retain, and service insurance products and ensure excellent customer service. Salary Range:

$18.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Requirements Four-year college degree highly preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience required. Previous sales or account management experience required. The ideal candidate will have basic PC skills, basic math skills, strong analytical capability, conflict resolution skills, the ability to multi-task, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities The Customer Service Representative must be willing to obtain insurance Licenses. The Customer Service Representative will be marketing for new business policies. The Customer Service Representative must enjoy marketing via phone, social media, and networking. The Customer Service Representative must cross-sell/up-sell products to existing customers. The Customer Service Representative must perform general customer service duties as presented. The Customer Service Representative must perform other duties as assigned. The Customer Service Representative must be able to multitask and be goal oriented. The Customer Service Representative must possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills. The Customer Service Representative Must Accept feedback when offered and work well with others.
