Description:
Trio Supply Company, a federation partner with the Office Depot Corporation, is seeking a full-time customer service representative and receptionist for our Fridley, MN office. This is an on-site position and the employee will be in the office every day. Trio Supply is the Twin Cities leader of food service and catering disposable products. This position is responsible for answering and routing incoming phone calls, and greeting walk in guests, customers and vendors. They will work within the customer service department and will take customer calls, placing orders into the system, assist Spanish speaking customers by speaking their language, filing, obtain mail from the mailbox each day, and distribute mail to appropriate employees, responsible for keeping the lunch room stocked and orderly, and other miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service position preferred Outstanding interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work within a team environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to interact with all levels of employees and managers. Excellent attendance record Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and pre-employment drug test Ability to sit for long periods of time (80%) Friendly and customer oriented attitude Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
