Overview:
Homecare Client Care Coordinator Needed in Hibbing, MN Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Pay:
$20-$22/hr Amivie, a licensed home care agency and one of the largest PCA agencies in Minnesota, is looking for a Homecare Client Care Coordinator to join our team! Headquartered in Hibbing, MN, we employ 900 caregivers and Nurses who serve 1300 clients throughout the greater Metro Area. As a Client Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that clients receive the care they need by coordinating staffing, hiring caregivers, and addressing any client or caregiver concerns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a team player, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively with the support of our office team. CBH1
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule caregivers to meet client needs Communicate effectively with clients, case managers, and caregivers Hire and onboard new caregivers Maintain accurate and up-to-date clients and staff records Address and resolve client and caregiver concerns in a professional manner Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality Provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare, homecare, or scheduling preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to communicate effectively and professionally Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws Proficiency in another language is a plus If you are a dedicated professional looking to make a difference in the lives of clients and caregivers, we'd love to hear from you!!
