- 10:00pm.
Pay Range:
$23.00- $26.
- Interstate Assembly Systems, Interstate Bearing Systems, Interstate Energy Systems, Interstate Power Systems, and I-State Truck Center.
Service Advisor Responsibilities:
Assist customers at the service counter as well as by phone and taking care of their needs using our Elite Support processes and standards. All aspects of transaction, from taking appointments to completing invoices and collecting from customers. Assist fellow service office employees with managing schedule and workload. Manage technician time and monitor repair progress for maximum efficiency. Work with parts department by gathering information to complete repair estimates before updating customer for approval. Work with outside vendors for sublet work needed on customer units. Assist with warranty claims at branch level and work with warranty department to ensure maximum warranty recovery with vendors.Service Advisor Requirements:
Basic computer skills and knowledge High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and time management skills Strong problem solver with the ability to think outside of the box. 3Years of Truck or Automotive Service Writing Experience Required Service Advisor Qualities:
Positive attitude Solid written and verbal communication skills include excellent customer service and phone skills. Organized and able to manage time wisely.
