Job Description

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will uphold the Schneiderman's brand by facilitating and resolving all customer issues to the satisfaction of the guest through company policy and procedure. This role is pivotal to our company's success because we pride ourselves in providing a white-glove service to our guests. The Customer Care Specialist partners with all levels of the organization through phone & email, efficiently works though problems with a sense of urgency, and prioritizes multiple issues at once. This results in the retention and 'wowing' of our guest.
As a Specialist you will:
Create, Maintain, and Close Service Orders Product Damage Situations Partner with vendors to determine product defects and resolve accordingly Facilitate repairs of age and out-of-warranty products Technician & Vendor Coordination Mis-Shipments of Product Manage Customer Expectations Answer and remedy customer expectation regarding normal wear & tear, upkeep, etc. Explain and follow up on timeline concerns for guests on lead times, product ordering, etc. Delivery Support Schedule, re-schedule, and manage delivery dates for customers Collect balances due on orders to be scheduled for delivery from customers Successful Candidates will be/have: Emotional intelligence; ability to connect with customers and co-workers with authenticity and genuineness Resiliency Calm under pressure Time management skills; pro-active, willingness to go above and beyond Personal organization with attention to detail Phone skills, tech savviness, ability to learn Team attitude with integrity, honesty & respect'
