Job Title Customer Service Representative Job Summary The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving, researching, and resolving customer inquiries related to order status, scheduling, purchasing, and related concerns. This role acts as a key communication link between customers and internal departments to ensure timely, accurate information and a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Receive and research customer inquiries regarding order status, scheduling, purchasing, and other service-related matters. Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Molding, and Assembly departments as needed to investigate and resolve customer requests. Communicate findings and solutions clearly and professionally to customers in a timely manner. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, systems, and procedures. Understand workflow processes through each department within the company/facility. Support and comply with the company's Quality Policy. Adhere to and promote general safety rules applicable to all employees. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Authority Authorized to contact internal departments to research and resolve customer inquiries. Authorized to communicate company-approved information and responses directly to customers. Education, Training, and Experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Thorough knowledge of company policies, systems, and procedures. Strong understanding of workflow across all departments within the organization. Previous customer service experience preferred. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong problem-solving and research skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments. Customer-focused approach with attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of quality standards and workplace safety practices. 7am-3pm 40+
