Behind every successful auction is a team of people ensuring customers receive exceptional service and that every detail is handled accurately. We're looking for a Customer Service Associate who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting a fast-paced operation. This role serves as a key connection between customers, auction operations, sales representatives, and yard personnel to help deliver a seamless auction experience. What You'll Do No two days are exactly alike. You'll assist buyers and sellers, support auction administration, coordinate inventory information, and help keep auction operations running efficiently. You'll become a trusted resource for customers while working closely with multiple teams throughout the organization. Support Buyers & Sellers Welcome and assist customers in person and over the phone Answer questions related to auctions, bidding, accounts, equipment transactions, and company services Help customers navigate online bidding platform and account setup Process customer payments and maintain tax exemption documentation Deliver a positive customer experience that encourages repeat business Help Manage Auction Operations Prepare and process auction contracts and supporting documentation Create and maintain customer accounts, contacts, and lot records Collect and verify basic title information and ownership documentation Manage lot assignments and assist with transferring unsold inventory to future auctions Maintain accurate customer, auction, and transaction records Coordinate Inventory & Auction Readiness Enter and maintain lot details, starting bids, estimates, and auction information Publish lots and support auction preparation activities Work with sales representatives to gather accurate equipment and seller information Track incoming inventory and maintain inventory reporting tools Assist with inventory follow-up and customer pickup coordination Work Across Teams Communicate customer activity and operational updates with yard personnel and internal teams Support equipment intake and inventory tracking efforts Collaborate with sales, operations, and administrative teams to ensure smooth auction execution Participate in team meetings and share important updates Help maintain an organized and professional office environment What Makes Someone Successful Here?
