As a Customer Service II, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting client relations and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Month Contract Shift:
9AM - 5:30PM What's the Job? Receives and processes customer rental and purchase orders following established procedures. Interprets and clarifies customer orders for the shipping department, creates relevant shipping paperwork, and communicates waybill information. Maintains ongoing contact with customers until shipments are received at the destination. Follows up on and resolves order discrepancies, credit holds, and product availability issues with team guidance. Provides inventory status updates, researches billing corrections, and supports clinical procedure calendar entries when needed. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two or more years of experience in a customer service or related environment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to interpret customer orders and coordinate with internal teams effectively. Familiarity with ERP and CRM databases is a plus. What's in it for me?
