Job Description
The Maple Grove Community Center is seeking friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service- Front Desk staff. In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for Community Center guests and play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who visits. You will be challenged to assist guests with questions about programs, services, and facilities; process admissions, registrations, memberships, and rentals; answer and route phone calls; and provide general administrative support. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and enjoys helping people in a fast-paced, public-facing environment. This is a great opportunity to build customer service experience while working with a collaborative team and connecting with the Maple Grove community.
