Job Description
This is where you'll excel Plan, script, record, edit, and maintain instructional or training videos in collaboration with technical subject-matter experts. Review and improve manuals for clarity, structure, terminology, formatting, and overall usability. Gather requirements, organize parts data, develop calculation logic, test outputs, document functionality, and maintain calculators. Observe and document processes, consult process owners, create and revise SOPs, and ensure safety, quality, and document-control requirements are met. Map workflows, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, analyze performance data, support improvement activities, help implement solutions, and monitor results. Conduct workplace audits, coordinate 5S activities, develop visual controls, support employee training, assign improvement actions, and monitor results. These are the skills you'll need Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred. Microsoft Office experience is required, specifically Excel. Basic experience with video-editing software is helpful but not required. Good communication, creativity, and organizational skills. Strong writing, proofreading, and attention-to-detail skills. Comfortable working with numbers, data, and basic Excel formulas. Good writing, observation, organization, and teamwork skills. Must be willing to learn and document workplace processes. Good problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills. Organized, observant, and comfortable working with others. This is what you will earn This internship pays $18.00 per hour.
