What you will be doing:

Answering incoming calls and creating excellent customer experiences for customers throughout all services areas within 16 locations throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. We do use a phone script in order to create consistent customer experiences. This does not mean losing the human element of customer service. We think it's important to relate to customers, maintain professionalism and authenticity in each interaction. Participate in ongoing training, dedication to learning and professional growth. Maintain and update our customer database with updates, communication documenting, attention to detail and accuracy. Collaborate with various forms of communication - excellent communication skills written and verbal. Teamwork, supporting customers and other departments to facilitate customer needs. Various hours available plus an occasional Saturday What you have to offer: HS Diploma/GED Minimum of 3 years' Experience in Communications/Customer Service Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and 10 key Experienced in verbal and written communication Ability to manage and prioritize daily tasks Exceptional Attendance If you want to be part of something bigger than just a job - make this career move and find exactly what you're looking for.
