Job Description:
Harmony Insurance Group is a family owned agency serving Southeast MN. We are looking for a customer focused service person in our personal lines area. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. This position is focused on understanding the basics of insurance coverage and will assist in data entry, quoting, endorsements and fielding incoming phone calls. You will work with team members in managing personal accounts and assist agents in daily task. This position requires a combination of excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs Data entry in various platforms Maintain client files with the agency management system Assist in sending ID cards, handling non-complex endorsements, processing cancellations, answering billing questions Assist in greeting and handling customer walk-ins, along with drop-off payments Attend and participate in personal lines meetings, training and classes Continue professional development; pursue and maintain licensing Qualifications At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Willingness to obtain an insurance license Demonstrated success in customer service Strong attention to detail Compensation Competitive salary based on experience 401(k), paid time off, professional development, health supplement
