Opportunity:

Atlas Staffing has partnered with a local 24 Hour Restoration Company seeking a semi-skilled Claims Coordinator to write estimates, enter data, and work with insurance companies and adjusters to get estimates approves. You'll play a key role in supporting homeowners and ensuring smooth claim processing.

What You'll Be Doing:

Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to clients, adjusters, and vendors Enter and update job information using company software and systems Explain services, timelines, and next steps to clients clearly and confidently Support claims coordination and paperwork between clients, field crews, and insurance carriers Follow up with leads and clients to keep projects on track What makes you a great fit: Someone outgoing who's comfortable on the phone and genuinely enjoys talking to people Persuasive but not pushy — you know how to help someone see the value in doing the right thing Comfortable learning new computer systems and technology Some prior customer service, phone, or office experience preferred Reliable and team-oriented — we lean on each other here Comfortable and confident on the phone Outgoing personality with strong persuasion and customer service skills Comfortable learning and using computers/software Some customer service, call center, or office experience preferred Reliable attendance; able to work occasional mandatory overtime Why work with our client? 401k Plan Medical insurance fully covered by company Dental and Vision insurance Generous vacation policy Commission Weekly training objectives
