Customer Engagement & Sales Specialist (BDC) Red Wing Chevrolet | Red Wing, MN Full-Time | $36,000 Base + Performance Bonuses | $45,000-$70,000+ Potential We're Looking for a Customer Engagement & Sales Specialist Red Wing Chevrolet is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and results-driven Customer Engagement & Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is a key position within our sales department. You will be responsible for connecting with customers who contact the dealership through our website, phone calls, digital marketing, and other channels — building relationships, answering questions, following up, and most importantly, getting qualified customers into the dealership. This is not a traditional call-center job. You will have a direct impact on dealership sales and will be compensated for the results you produce. What You'll Do Respond quickly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries Contact customers by phone, text, and email Build relationships and establish trust with customers Identify customer needs and help move them toward a vehicle purchase Schedule qualified sales appointments Confirm appointments and work to maximize the number of customers who show Follow up consistently with customers who haven't yet purchased Re-engage previous leads and unsold opportunities Work closely with Sales Consultants and Sales Managers to transition customers into the showroom Maintain accurate customer information, notes, and follow-up activity in our CRM Use our CRM and communication tools to manage your daily workflow Track your performance and consistently work toward monthly goals Take ownership of your results How You'll Be Measured Your success will be measured by the quality and quantity of customers you generate for the sales team.

A successful Customer Engagement & Sales Specialist can earn approximately $45,000-$70,000+ annually , with additional earning potential for exceptional performance. Your compensation increases as your production increases. The position includes bonuses based on shown appointments and vehicles sold from your appointments , giving you a direct connection between your performance and your paycheck.
