House Ford/CDJR is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing Fixed Operations team! If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience, we want to hear from you. If you are ready to join an already growing team, that has been in the industry for 103 years.

What You'll Do:

Greet customers and provide a welcoming service experience Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs Communicate repair recommendations, pricing, and timelines Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Work closely with technicians and parts personnel Build long-term relationships with our customers and guests Follow up to ensure a 5-star experience Help keep our service department organized, efficient, and productive
