Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the veterinary industry
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of veterinary medicine is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
