A Customer Service Representative interacts directly with customers to answer questions and solve problems. Communicates with customers in person, over the phone or online. Provides help with troubleshooting technical problems for equipment or software. Keeps records of customer communications and transactions.

What You'll Do Your primary focus will be on helping customers successfully place and complete direct mail orders through our AppealMaker software.
This includes:
Chatting with customers before and after orders (online chat, email, occasional phone) Reviewing and proofreading customer-submitted mail pieces (copy and layout) Catching errors—spelling, formatting, alignment, missing info, etc. Helping customers fix issues so their campaigns succeed Supporting the team wherever needed (because that's everyone's job here) This role blends customer support, detailed proofing, and light design awareness. What Matters Most You'll do well here if you have a combination of these experiences/skills: Background in creative software like Adobe or Canva A basic understanding of printing Double-check everything before calling it "done."
