We're looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Shipping & Receiving Team Member who enjoys variety in their workday. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys helping customers, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments. Prepare and package outgoing orders accurately and on time. Verify packing slips and maintain organized inventory. Coordinate shipments with UPS, FedEx, and other carriers. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments dropped off by clients. Provide outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in person. Assist customers picking up orders. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and production area. Support embroidery, screen printing, production, or other departments as needed during busy periods. Work as a team to ensure orders are completed accurately and delivered on time. Qualifications Shipping, receiving, warehouse, is required. Previous customer service experience is required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable using computers and shipping software. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new tasks. Able to work independently while also being a dependable team player. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain active throughout the workday. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
