This full-time position interacts with nearly every product and service offered by Liberty Bank Minnesota. Primary Responsibilities

• Greets customers professionally and courteously
• Evaluate customer and prospective customer needs by asking appropriate questions and listening carefully
• Identify and suggest products/services that will meet the customer's financial needs
• Handle customer's needs through phone calls and in person bank visits
• Process deposit and loan transactions
• Opens new accounts or closes existing accounts by gathering and entering necessary information into a computer system; and process necessary paperwork
• Complete various types of account maintenance Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent certificate
• Demonstrates great communication and interpersonal skills
